Overflow Parking Rules

  1. Specified guests are eligible for parking passes assigned to overflow lots.
  2. There are currently (3) overflow lots available in the system for these specific reservations.
  3. The overflow passes are no cost and can be a car, motorcycle or trailer.  If it’s a trailer, it must be associated with a registered car even if the registered car is in the main parking lot.
  4. Current settings allow (2) overflow passes per reservation

Create an Overflow Parking Pass

  1. To assign a parking pass to an overflow lot, first navigate to a  reservation screen.
  2. You will see a new “Overflow Pass” button next to the “New Reservation Pass” button.  If you do not see the button, it’s not allowed on this reservation.
  3. Click on “Overflow Pass” and select the overflow pass type option
  4. You will be asked to specify an overflow lot for the parking pass.  Choose one.  There are currently (3) overflow lots in the system.
  5. A new parking pass card will appear with the type Overflow.  It will also list which overflow lot it is assigned to.
  6. Click on Vehicle to register the overflow pass by filling in the required info like all parking passes.  You will then be able to print it out for the guest.
  7. If you wish to add a trailer to an overflow vehicle, you will see the option to “Add Trailer” in the blue dropdown for a registered overflow vehicle
  8. Once you + Add Trailer you will be prompted to choose an overflow lot to assign it to.  You can also choose to create a paid trailer pass for the main lot, if needed.
  9. Once the trailer pass is created, you can write the parking pass number onto the wristband.
