HOW-TO: Create a Guest Reservation

How to Add Reservations "One-at-a-Time"

  1. Log into your rental company portal
  2. Click the "Add New" button to begin
  3. Specify the date range for the reservation
  4. Choose the unit from your unit dropdown
  5. Enter a confirmation number. If you don’t have one, click to auto generate one.
  6. Enter the guest information, including name, phone, and email address
  7. If it's an owner stay, turn this toggle on.
  8. If it's an Airbnb booking and you do not have an email address or phone number, turn this toggle on to un-require these fields
  9. Choose "Create Reservation" to add to the system.

AirBnB Reservations

Notes
Airbnb has recently updated their policy to no longer share guest emails or phone numbers. VRPAccess requires an email address, but we have a way for you to add Airbnb reservations with no email address or phone number.
  1. Toggle “Airbnb Reservation” to ON. This will allow you to leave the email address and phone blank.
  2. Confirmation Number: You can add a secondary alt Airbnb confirmation number if you have one.
  3. Click the “Create Reservation” button when complete

Parking Pass Registration

Since AirBnB guests will not receive a registration email from the parking system, you can...
  1. Click “Manage” next to the reservation in your list and click “Portal Link” to get a registration link to send to your guests, if possible.
  2. If not, they will be able to scan the QR code on signage at the property or register vehicles at the service desk.

Airbnb Listing (suggested description to add)

Parking: Parking passes cost is $XX per vehicle. The maximum number of passes that can be purchased for this unit is XX, but based upon occupancy of the complex during your stay, it might be possible to purchase additional passes at the service desk (note: additional passes likely won’t be available during peak seasons). To register your vehicles, scan the QR code on property signage or register at the service desk at check-in with your confirmation number and last name.
