Do I need to get a new owner parking pass?
No, not at this time. You will continue to use your current owner passes for access to the property as you do today.
I am a private owner and do not rent out my condo, do I still need parking passes for my visitors?
Yes, your visitor will need to register a parking pass to park at the building. You can reserve a parking pass for your visitor in the owner portal, or they can get one at the service desk.
I self-manage reservations for my units; how do I reserve parking for my guests?
What is an overnight parking pass?
Any visitor who stays overnight must purchase an overnight parking pass in advance or at the desk when arriving. Overnight passes can be created in the Owner's Portal and emailed to your visitors in advance so they can register their vehicle information for a quicker check-in. The overnight parking pass rate will vary by building and is set by the HOA. This cost can be paid by the owner or visitor.
You cannot exceed the number of parking passes allowed by your unit's HOA rules at any one time. During low capacity, your visitors can purchase additional overnight passes at the service desk.
What is a day parking pass?
If you have a visitor parking during the day, they are eligible for a free day parking pass. Day parking pass times are specified by HOA rules. During peak seasons, day passes may not be available in the owners portal, and must be requested at the service desk.
Each unit you own is eligible for (2) free day passes per time period when capacities allow. As an example, per time period means you could have two day passes for 8AM - 8PM or multiple during the day for smaller time periods as long as they do not overlap.
There is no cost for a day pass, however your guest will need to provide their vehicle information to register their parking pass.
How many parking passes can I purchase for my guests or visitors?
Each unit you own is allocated a certain number of parking passes at one time based on rules set by the HOA. Your owner parking pass DOES count against this allotment. If you are staying in your unit and your vehicle is on-site, it counts against the maximum number of passes available for visitor parking passes at any one time.
Do visitors have to pay for their parking passes, or can I pay for them?
You can do either.
My guest can't find the registration email for their parking pass. Can I send it to them again?
